Costs to ask about

# Get the whole cost on paper.

Before paying, ask what the charge buys and what it leaves out. Keep the fee for a medical conversation separate from any product offer.

The drug-price answer

## There is no approved product price to quote.

As of September 2026, no TB-500 medicine is approved in the US. There is therefore no price published by the maker of an approved TB-500 medicine or by a government drug-price programme.

A list price is a drug maker’s published price, rather than the amount a particular person necessarily pays.

An online TB-500 quote cannot be described as the price of an approved medicine.

## Build a complete quote

### Ask for each charge by name.

#### What is the visit fee?

Ask what you owe if the visit ends without a prescription.

#### Is there a fee that repeats?

Ask about membership, follow-up charges and any commitment to keep paying.

#### What about tests?

Ask which tests might be needed, who charges for them and whether their fee is in the quote.

#### What else is outside this total?

Ask about records, referrals, shipping or other charges mentioned in the offer.

Write the answers beside each other. Mark an unanswered item as unknown instead of treating it as included.

## Before payment

### Make the exit terms clear.

Ask how cancellation works, when a charge renews and what can be refunded. Ask whether the same terms apply after any opening offer ends.

Request the terms in writing so you can read them without the pressure of a call.

A price is only a price

## A discount cannot settle the care question.

FDA lists unusually large discounts as an online-pharmacy caution, but price alone cannot distinguish a legitimate offer from a bad one.

FDA is short for Food and Drug Administration.

Read the licence record and the research alongside the quote. Check whether the exact medicine being offered is approved.
